Privacy policy

Effective date: 16 September 2026

This policy explains what happens to personal information in connection with pulsegroup.online. It is written under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and includes a section on the General Data Protection Regulation because the publisher is established in the European Union. It describes this site and nothing else.

1. Who is responsible for your information

The entity that decides how and why personal information connected with this site is handled is:

Obchod a služby Praha s.r.o.
Chudenická 1057/34, Hostivař, 102 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic
Company number: 07996331
VAT number: CZ07996331
Email: info@pulsegroup.online

That company publishes this site under the name Pulse Group Online. Any privacy question, request or complaint should go to the email address above, and it reaches the people responsible directly.

2. What is collected

There are exactly two categories, and nothing else.

Server logs

This site is served by a hosting provider whose servers keep an ordinary access log of requests. Each entry typically records the IP address the request came from, the browser's user agent string, the URL requested, the time and date, and the response code. This happens at the server level for every request to any website.

Email you choose to send us

If you write to info@pulsegroup.online, we receive whatever you put in the message: your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of what you write. We do not ask for anything beyond what you need to tell us in order to be helped.

What is not collected

This site has no contact form, no newsletter, no comment section, no account, no search box and no input field of any kind. It sets no cookies, uses no localStorage or sessionStorage, runs no analytics, no advertising tag, no conversion pixel, no session recording, no chat widget and no fingerprinting. No third-party script runs on any page. Nothing on this site builds a profile of you, and nothing here can add you to a list.

3. Why each category is handled, and on what basis

Purpose and basis for each category of information
CategoryPurposeBasis
Server logs Keeping the site available, diagnosing faults, and identifying abusive traffic such as attempts to overload or attack the server The legitimate interests of the publisher in operating and securing its own website. No consent basis applies because no cookie or tracking technology is used.
Email correspondence Reading and answering what you wrote, and keeping a record of the exchange while the matter is open The legitimate interests of the publisher in responding to correspondence, and, for privacy requests, compliance with legal obligations

Neither category is used for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making or any form of advertising measurement, and neither is sold, rented or shared with anyone for those purposes.

4. How long each category is kept

  • Server logs: retained by the hosting provider for no more than 30 days from the date of the request, then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course of log rotation.
  • Email correspondence: kept while the matter is open and for up to 12 months after it is closed, then deleted from the mailbox and from any backup within a further three months.
  • Records of privacy requests: where we have to demonstrate that a request was handled, a minimal record of the request and our response is kept for 24 months, then deleted.

5. Who else sees it, and where they are

Two service providers are involved, and no others:

  • The hosting provider that runs the server this site is served from. It holds the access logs described above as part of operating that server.
  • The email provider that hosts the mailbox behind info@pulsegroup.online, which necessarily stores messages sent to it.

Nothing else touches it. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no tag manager, no content delivery network and no font service: this site loads no resource from any external host, so no third party receives your IP address merely because you read a page here.

Cross-border disclosure under APP 8

The publisher is established in the Czech Republic, and the service providers described above operate outside Australia. Handling personal information in connection with this site therefore involves disclosure to overseas recipients, principally in the European Union. Under Australian Privacy Principle 8, we tell you this plainly: information covered by this policy is not held only in Australia, and by corresponding with us you should understand that your message is stored on servers outside Australia. Those recipients are subject to European data protection law, which provides a comparable level of protection to the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. How it is protected

The measures are concrete and limited, which is what a site of this size can honestly claim. The site is served over HTTPS, so what passes between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit. Access to the mailbox and to the hosting account is restricted to the publisher's own staff, protected by unique passwords and multi-factor authentication. There is no database of readers to protect, because none is created. No payment information is ever handled by this site.

7. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles

If you are in Australia, you may ask us for access to any personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to correct it if it is wrong. In practice this will only ever concern email correspondence, since server logs are held by the hosting provider for a short period and are not indexed by person.

Email info@pulsegroup.online with your request. We will ordinarily respond within 30 days. If we cannot give you what you have asked for, we will tell you why in writing.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, raise it with us first so we have the chance to fix it. If that does not resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the independent regulator that oversees the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Their site explains how to make a complaint and what they can do about it.

8. Data breaches

If a data breach occurred that was likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose personal information was involved, we would notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and, where the General Data Protection Regulation applied, the relevant European supervisory authority within its timeframes.

9. Children

This site is not directed at people under 16. It collects nothing from anyone, including children, and it has no mechanism through which a child could submit information. We do not knowingly hold personal information about a child; if you believe a child has emailed us and you would like the message deleted, write to the address above and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version replaces this one at this address and the effective date at the top changes with it. Where a change is significant — for example, if the site ever began to use a cookie or an external service — the change would be described on the cookie policy page as well, and the necessary consent mechanism would be in place before anything was set. We do not notify readers individually, because we hold no contact details for anyone.

11. GDPR and UK GDPR

The publisher is established in the European Union, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its handling of personal data, as does the UK GDPR in respect of readers in the United Kingdom.

The legal basis relied on for both categories described above is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): operating and securing our own website, and responding to correspondence people choose to send us. We do not rely on consent, because there is nothing here that requires it — no cookie is set, no tracking technology is used, and no marketing is sent. We do not rely on contract, because readers enter into none.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Requests go to info@pulsegroup.online and are answered within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office, and in other member states the authority for your country of residence.

This policy was last reviewed on 16 September 2026 and describes the site as it exists on that date.
