There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate: a form would collect personal information we have no reason to hold. Correspondence reaches us by email, and nothing is stored beyond the message itself.

What we can help with
- Corrections: a factual error on any page, with the page address and what is wrong.
- Questions about how this site is funded, or about anything on the affiliate disclosure page.
- Privacy requests under the Australian Privacy Principles or the GDPR, including access, correction and erasure. These are set out in the privacy policy.
- Rights holders with a concern about how a product name or description is used here.

What we cannot help with
We are not the publisher of any game and have no access to anyone's game account. Support requests about a game — a lost account, a purchase that did not arrive, a ban, a technical fault — have to go to that game's own support channel, because only they can act on them. Sending us account details would achieve nothing and would put information in an inbox that has no use for it, so please do not.
We also cannot give legal, financial or consumer-law advice about an individual situation. Where a dispute involves a purchase, the ACCC publishes guidance on consumer rights and your state or territory consumer affairs or fair trading office handles individual disputes. Scams can be reported to Scamwatch.
What happens to your email
An email sent to the address above is read by the publisher named on this page, kept while the matter is open and for up to twelve months afterwards, and then deleted. It is not added to any list, because there is no list. It is not used for marketing, and nothing on this site can subscribe you to anything. The full description of this, including the legal basis we rely on, is in the privacy policy.
Response times
We aim to reply to correspondence within five working days. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes set by the applicable law, which for requests under the Australian Privacy Principles is ordinarily 30 days. If a request needs longer, we will say so and explain why rather than letting it sit.
